Neuhaus - Anspach

In 1857 opende Jean Neuhaus zijn winkel in de Brusselse Koninginnegalerij. Enkele jaren later zouden hier zowel de praline als de ballotin (het typische pralinedoosje) worden uitgevonden.

Ondertussen is er meer dan 150 jaar verstreken, maar blijft Neuhaus met dezelfde creativiteit nieuwe recepten, concepten en smaken ontwikkelen voor zijn collectie, die zowel bestaat uit grote klassiekers, zoals Caprice en Tentation, als tal van pralines in gelimiteerde editie. Bovendien heeft Neuhaus zijn winkels een volledige make-over gegeven. De edele materialen en het kleurenpalet in kastanjebruin en koraalrood zorgen voor een luxueuze uitstraling met een dynamische en eigentijdse toets die meteen aan chocolade doet denken.
